Dispatcher - Onshore

Monitor aviation traffic conditions and coordinate flights and crews to send them to appropriate jobs when requests are called in. Answer phone calls pertaining to business, gather necessary job information, and communicate customer details to the accounting department. Set up work orders within the facility, relay information to employees, and plan routes while helping line up permits and paperwork. Approve invoices as necessary, complete fuel and mileage forms, and verify accuracy of logs for monthly reports to Corporate Office. Work a 7x7 schedule with a terminal on shore base in Lake Charles, LA. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and possess two years of dispatching experience, preferably offshore or in aviation.
