Job Summary
Dispatches HVAC service calls to maximize scheduling efficiency and client satisfaction. Manages the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, compresses call scheduling to maximize productivity, notifies clients if technicians will be late, and reschedules appointments as needed. Coordinates with Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator to arrange efficient parts delivery, follows the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule to send the right technician to each appointment, and debriefs with technicians after jobs to identify outstanding client satisfaction issues. Enters equipment type and age information into SuccessWare software. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with basic computer software skills; prior customer service experience and SERVICE TITAN experience are preferred.
