Job Summary
Dispatches HVAC service calls, manages the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, optimizes scheduling to maximize productivity and revenue, notifies clients if a technician will be late, reschedules appointments as needed, coordinates with Purchasing/Warehouse to efficiently deliver parts, adheres to the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule to ensure technicians are sent to the right appointments, ensures on-time arrival of technicians at designated appointments, debriefs with technicians to identify customer-satisfaction issues, and enters equipment type/age information into SuccessWare software.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have good computer software skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
