Job Summary
Schedule job tasks for cranes and haul trucks after receiving requirements from customers. Record crane size, assigned operator, date, time, customer details, location, job description, special rigging needs, contact information, and invoicing data on the daily schedule. Complete job tickets with load weight, height, reach, and estimated completion times. Coordinate with the on-call person regarding schedule capacity, overlapping assignments, and equipment concerns. Review all upcoming assignments with the on-call individual at the end of the shift. This role supports the San Antonio Branch's growing operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 3-7 years of industrial dispatching/scheduling duties
- 3-7 years of crane operations, and proper rigging techniques
- Ability to read, interpret, and determine that an assigned crane can perform the lift by utilizing the manufacturer's load charts
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Preferred - have a current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Mechanical and analytical skills preferred
