Dispatcher Noon to 8 PM

Dispatcher role responsible for coordinating drivers and equipment, monitoring schedules, and making real-time adjustments to keep nighttime operations running smoothly. You’ll communicate quickly with the team, juggle priorities, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with Dispatch Leads and Regional Managers. Must be able to work in-office for training and attend periodic meetings, with availability for overnight shifts and rotating weekends. Technical proficiency with dispatching software and a strong sense of reliability and teamwork are essential.
