Job Summary
Dispatcher - Nights A (in-office) coordinates transportation for railroad personnel during the 5:00 PM–5:00 AM night shift (Sunday–Tuesday; alternate Wednesday). Responsibilities include ensuring driver trips are covered timely, escalating issues to customer or field operations, verifying trip accuracy, updating systems promptly, and professionally coordinating with Field Management. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent; 6 months of dispatching or customer service experience preferred; strong typing/10-key and phone skills; ability to work in-office. Equipment provided; pays $17.30/hour.
