Job Summary
Dispatcher - Nights A coordinates the transportation of railroad personnel on a 5:00 PM–5:00 AM night shift (Sunday–Tuesday; alternate Wednesday) in-office. Responsibilities include ensuring driver trips are covered in a timely manner, escalating issues to customer or field operations, ensuring accuracy of trips, updating systems promptly, and professionally coordinating with Field Management. Requirements include good typing and 10-key skills, good phone customer service, ability to work in-office, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Night shift pay is $17.30/hour (+$1.50 for a base of $18.80). Equipment is provided.
