Job Summary
Manage real-time dispatch boards and coordinate daily schedules to ensure technician and customer alignment. Communicate service updates, schedule changes, and IVR compliance to field teams while tracking service history in the database. Verify technician check-ins, confirm parts availability, and collaborate with Regional Service Managers to clear and schedule new calls. Handle data entry, purchasing, and internal support for your assigned region. This office-based role requires continuous computer operation, up to 8 hours of sitting, and the ability to alternate between sitting and standing.
