Job Summary
Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch HVAC service and plumbing technicians, optimize routes, handle incoming customer calls, ensure accurate ticket data entry, create dispatch numbers for parts, follow up on part orders, and schedule part installations. Requires two years of office/customer service experience (dispatch experience preferred), professional appearance, strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, ability to plan and schedule work, quick problem-solving for installation/repair information, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch software. Located in Auburn, MA; full-time, Mon-Fri with competitive salary, bonuses, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
