Dispatcher

Coordinate, plan, and schedule company drivers while executing daily route planning and task assignments. Monitor route progress throughout the shift to effect changes as needed and resolve customer delivery issues. Ensure safety and security procedures are understood and followed, then update customers on delivery status accurately and timely. Execute daily reporting of metrics and develop communication with drivers to provide necessary support. This evening shift role (11:00pm-7:30am) requires flexibility, weekend availability, and on-call readiness for the leading greenhouse vegetable company. One-year trucking dispatch experience and familiarity with MTO regulations are required.
