Dispatcher

Dispatcher position responsible for reviewing shift logs and memos, recording and relaying messages to hotel departments (Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security), dispatching bell/valet staff, communicating parking procedures to guests, maintaining vehicle security, monitoring parking areas for safety, and ensuring guest requests are fulfilled. Requires professional communication, use of computers/POS systems, adherence to policies, maintaining confidentiality, and ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Education requirement is a high school diploma or GED; no related work experience or supervisory experience required. Location: Lahaina, HI (on-site).
