Dispatcher

Dispatcher to schedule drivers for freight delivery and collection, act as liaison between customers, drivers, and management, and plan predetermined routes. Responsibilities include identifying traffic issues and implementing corrective actions to meet delivery targets, preparing dispatch documents for management, maintaining records of driver routes and delivery times, and handling vendor/customer communications. Requires strong time management, routing flexibility, multitasking, and English proficiency; ability to read/write basic dispatch documentation and adapt to routing changes.
