Job Summary

Required Qualifications

- Confidence in negotiation, decision-making, and accountability
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in OTR dispatch or logistics preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Strong knowledge of freight, load boards, dispatch systems, and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TMS systems
