Dispatcher

Dispatch all service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, compress call scheduling, and generate revenue. Notify clients ahead of time if technicians cannot arrive within scheduled windows and re-schedule at their convenience. Communicate with Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinators to arrange efficient parts delivery. Debrief technicians after each call and ensure immediate payment collection. Requires a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hourly range $20.00 to $28.00 per hour. In-person work in Montpelier, VT.
