Job Summary
Coordinate and communicate all delivery orders with couriers to ensure timely and accurate dispatch while maximizing fleet efficiency. Maintain a strong working knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to company policies and safety responsibilities. Ensure all shipments are properly scanned, routed, labeled, and verified prior to release, and report any delivery deficiencies to the appropriate department. Use computer skills to create reports, monitor orders and routes, and assist daily with medical supplies picking and packing. Perform general housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned. Work Wednesday to Friday from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Class G License
- Minimum 1-year full time working experience as a dispatcher
- Good knowledge of the working areas and mapping logistics
