Job Summary
Dispatcher with responsibility for preparing schedules for drivers and translators, notifying them of schedule changes, triaging client calls, and coordinating service delivery. Performs data entry into the department system, schedules adjustments to meet client needs, and participates in training programs (including Trapeze online trainings). Must be proficient with GPS, Microsoft Office, and internal transportation systems; must maintain privacy and security policies. Role requires excellent communication and customer service to internal staff, clients, partner agencies, police, and 911 operators; strong time-management and teamwork skills. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years transportation program experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Russian
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
