Job Summary
Handle all incoming phone calls and dispatch hot-shot requests in a timely and orderly fashion to meet dealer needs. Manage hot-shot drivers to deliver efficient service, assist walk-in customers with courteous service and battery information, balance invoices, and follow up with largest customers weekly to ensure battery supply and customer satisfaction. Strong computer and internet skills, geographical knowledge, and customer service abilities are essential; prior telephone/dispatch experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and ability to utilize the internet
- Good knowledge of the geographical area
- Strong communication skills and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous experience in telephone and dispatch operations is a plus
