Job Summary
DIRECT HIRE opportunity for a Dispatcher / Inside Sales Representative at an Industrial Equipment Company. Responsible for dispatching service techs, quoting/selling equipment, and managing customer relations. Requires 2+ years of experience in dispatch/inside sales, preferably in the industrial tire or forklift industry.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ dispatch, inside sales, and service coordination
- Industrial tire or forklift industry experience highly preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively quote, schedule, follow-up, and close
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English / Spanish
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems – FieldServio or TreadTracker
