Coordinate trucks and drivers for optimal planning, assist in planning for continuous move execution and successful next-day starts, and manage last free day logistics. Track and trace shipments, handle rail billing, and communicate timely updates to customers and the dispatch team regarding pickup numbers, seal issues, and DOT compliance. Request empty returns and reservations to avoid delays or cost exposure while reviewing inventory on yard, loads, or empties to plan delivery or termination. Train drivers on tablet/mobile apps, pull driver pay for productivity reviews, and ensure adherence to DOT regulations and safety training. Communicate daily with divisional teams on objectives, address low performers with Ops Manager, and utilize all equipment for reloading opportunities to improve retention.
