Job Summary
Coordinate all field activities by liaising with shorebase logistics personnel and vessels to manage MODU equipment and personnel requirements. Compile, verify, and maintain comprehensive documentation for material movements, including 7-day planners, manifests, and TDG records. Plan and manage daily offshore marine and helicopter operations, crew change rotations, and personnel movements while ensuring prompt resolution of incidents. Utilize QV21 dispatch software and map reading skills to navigate geographic constraints. Work shift hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with potential weekend coverage. Candidates must reside within a 60-mile radius of Port Arthur, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship required
- Candidates must live within a 60 mile radius
- Non-Rotational position
- No Per diem or lodging
- QV21 dispatch software required
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone skills and the ability to multi-task; handling many drivers at the same time
- Computer data entry skills and able to learn and utilize technology
- Map reading skills and geographic knowledge in order to assist driver navigation
- Must ensure prompt investigation and resolution of complaints and incidents in compliance with company policy
- Must be able to work shift work: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekend work may be required
