Directs and coordinates delivery of ready-mix concrete per day’s schedule; supervises batch plant operators and ready-mix drivers; ensures efficient delivery, safety, and customer relations; requires ability to coordinate orders, schedule future deliveries, communicate across departments, and administer collective bargaining agreements; preferred candidates may have 2 years in concrete, business/technical degree, and ACI Level 1 Certification. On-site role in Aiea, HI.
