Job Summary
Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch operations for residential HVAC service technicians by managing incoming service requests and assigning job calls to maximize technician efficiency. Monitor call flow through the HVAC service platform, communicate updates with field teams and customers, and resolve routing issues to ensure accurate service delivery. This fast-paced, in-office role requires reporting daily to the office and supporting field teams throughout the day. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with local geography to support technician routing and service scheduling
- Must report daily to the office (no remote work available)
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed
- Must pass background check and drug screening
