Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule HVAC technicians for service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks while communicating with customers to understand issues and provide updates. Maintain constant contact with field technicians via phone or software, keeping detailed records of job status and assignments in dispatching systems. Adjust schedules to handle emergency requests, technician delays, or equipment breakdowns, and partner with sales and procurement teams to align priorities and ensure parts availability. Work in the Canton, MA office supporting regional technicians with strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related role, ideally within the HVAC or a similar industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
