Job Summary
Schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service technicians based on location, skill set, and urgency. Monitor technician schedules throughout the day, making real-time adjustments to minimize downtime while maximizing productivity. Respond quickly to emergency service requests, prioritize accordingly, and confirm customer appointments with proactive notifications of delays. Utilize ServiceTitan to manage job statuses and ensure accurate documentation for all completed or incomplete jobs. Coordinate with customer service representatives and department managers regarding scheduling priorities and workload. Maintain close communication with field personnel to ensure efficient routing and on-time arrivals.
Required Qualifications
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
