Dispatcher

Plan inbound and outbound truck loads, schedule delivery appointments, and assign carrier loads while troubleshooting driver and carrier issues. Manage administrative functions including paperwork flow, document scanning, trip envelopes, shipping documents, supply ordering, and purchase orders. Coordinate DOT exams, physicals, and drug screens; enforce safety rules and regulations to protect employees, customers, and property. Present for driver interactions with the Terminal Manager for disciplinary actions and safety meetings, including driver coaching sessions via Netradyne cameras and document uploads to Idellic. Monitor ELDs through Transflo and assist drivers with ELD problems.
