Job Summary
Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch customer freight shipments while monitoring transit to ensure timely deliveries. Act as the primary contact for drivers via phone, Qualcomm, and email, responding quickly to troubleshooting concerns and managing expectations. Build strong relationships with independent contractors and work cooperatively with customer service to resolve issues and meet delivery schedules. Monitor driver performance and available hours to align operations with capabilities. Requires a flexible schedule from Sunday through Tuesday, rotating Wednesdays, 6:30 PM to 6:45 AM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with AS400 experience and transportation industry knowledge preferred.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AS400 operating systems is a plus
- Transportation industry knowledge and experience is a plus
- Prior dispatch/load planning experience is a plus
