Dispatcher at Fort Worth Terminal responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient service to Gulf Winds customers and drivers. Primary duties include facilitating load distribution to Independent Contractors, supporting driver retention and growth through strong relationships with contractors and employee drivers, coordinating with Safety, Driver Recruitment, Customer Service, and Sales to serve drivers and customers, promoting Operational Excellence with emphasis on safety and quality, managing daily workload to meet customer requirements, tracking and managing equipment utilization, cross-training to cover workload distribution, openly communicating challenges and opportunities with creative solutions, managing costs to improve terminal profitability while minimizing costs to customers, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, stocking supplies, and monitoring quarterly KPIs to support company goals.
