Dispatcher

Oversee all routes and scheduling of buses, ensuring on-time performance while counseling drivers and monitoring front-line operations. Handle heavy phone and radio traffic, taking scheduling complaints and reports to the Operations Supervisor or Contract Manager. Serve as the primary communication liaison with major contracted customers, managing charter reservations, billing, or driver payroll as needed. Resolve drop-off and pick-up problems, perform back-up driver duties, and complete special projects to assist with day-to-day supervision. Subject to DOT drug testing and physical requirements.
