Job Summary
Dispatcher for Falck USA (Part-Time) responsible for receiving and prioritizing medical and transportation calls, dispatching EMS units, operating radio and communications equipment, and maintaining data accuracy. The role requires professional telecommunication, the ability to triage requests using CBD criteria, and coordinating with field units and external agencies. Essential tasks include prioritizing incoming calls, dispatching appropriate vehicles, ensuring timely responses, updating customers, completing reports, and occasional training participation.
