Job Summary
Monitor active and upcoming trips to support safe, timely, and efficient daily operations. Assign chauffeurs and vehicles based on trip requirements, availability, and operational needs. Communicate trip details, updates, and expectations clearly with chauffeurs while monitoring timeliness and progress throughout the day. Respond quickly to schedule changes, flight delays, and traffic disruptions. Coordinate individual, group, and event transportation by working closely with chauffeurs, Client Services, and other teams to resolve issues and maintain service standards. Maintain accurate information within dispatch and transportation management systems while documenting operational issues for leadership. Assist with phone support, data entry, and operational reporting as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, logistics, transportation or a similar coordination role
- Experience in chauffeured transportation, passenger transportation, hospitality or other service-focused operations
