Emergency Dispatcher responsible for dispatching both emergency and routine calls for Security and EMS systems from a central location, tracking pertinent information during shifts, monitoring call systems and Fire Alarm, and dispatching ambulances as needed. Must maintain composure in emergencies, communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and staff, and provide personalized customer service and hospitality as part of a safety-focused team.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in 911 call-taking/dispatching or Emergency Medical Services preferred
