Job Summary
Dispatcher role responsible for receiving service requests via phone/email/portal, gathering accurate information, scheduling and dispatching technicians, updating customers on arrival times and service updates, monitoring technician progress, prioritizing requests, coordinating job details, maintaining records, managing parts inventory, handling inquiries, and collaborating with service manager and technicians. Requires proficiency with dispatch software/CRM, strong customer service, data entry accuracy, and high school diploma; HVAC/plumbing/electrical terminology knowledge is a plus. On-site in Freehold, NJ. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with service dispatch software or CRM systems preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical terminology is an asset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends if required
