Job Summary
Dispatch, route, and plan drivers and equipment efficiently while coordinating with drivers, customers, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure safe, on-time deliveries. Communicate via phone and email to assist drivers with issues and monitor compliance with D.O.T. regulations to meet schedules and deadlines. Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders. This full-time role requires 1–3+ years of experience in dispatch or fleet management and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with preferred knowledge of McLeod TMS and Samsara. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General understanding of the transportation industry
- General understanding of D.O.T. regulations
- General understanding of over-the-road operations
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or fleet management
- Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with McLeod TMS
- Experience with Samsara
