Dispatcher

Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow by scheduling appointments, completing automotive repair paperwork, and relaying pertinent information to technicians for work completion. Follow up on detail-oriented tasks while communicating with guests, management, and other departments to solve problems and collaborate on common goals. This role requires an experienced technician with strong communication skills, a confident problem-solving mindset, and a valid driver's license.
