Job Summary
Dispatcher/CSR coordinates technician schedules, manages calls, books maintenance appointments, and delivers exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, dispatching HVAC and plumbing technicians to customer homes, coordinating daily service calls and optimizing technician routes, contacting customers to schedule/confirm visits, resolving scheduling concerns, serving as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors, maintaining accurate customer records and appointment information, communicating job status and needs to technicians, assisting with office administrative duties, and supporting customer retention through maintenance agreement follow-ups and appointment bookings. Qualifications emphasize strong customer service, organization, multitasking, calm professionalism, computer proficiency, attention to detail, reliability, and team orientation; prior dispatching, customer service, or call center experience is preferred, with bonus qualifications including ServiceTitan experience and social media content management.
