Job Summary
Highly organized Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to be first point of contact for customers and technicians. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling and dispatching HVAC and plumbing technicians to customer homes, coordinating daily service calls, optimizing technician routes, contacting customers to schedule/confirm visits, handling customer records, communicating with technicians about schedules and status, assisting with office duties, and supporting retention efforts through maintenance agreement follow-ups and booking. Desired skills include customer service, multitasking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and proficiency with office software; experience with ServiceTitan and HVAC/home-service industries is a plus.
