Job Summary
Overnight dispatcher coordinating drivers and equipment, monitoring schedules, and making real-time adjustments to keep nighttime operations in sync. Serves as the mission-control for the night crew, communicating clearly with team members, maintaining records, and collaborating with Dispatch Leads and Regional Managers. Role requires experience in dispatch/logistics or operations, comfort with dispatch software, and availability for overnight hours and rotating weekends. Full-time position with benefits, offering growth within a fast-paced service provider. Location is Chippewa Falls, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations is desired (eCourier)
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using dispatching software
- Available to work overnight and on rotating weekends
