Job Summary
Dispatcher/CSR responsible for maintaining the daily schedule for service techs and installation teams, answering incoming calls, booking jobs for the service department, and communicating with customers daily for follow-ups and tech arrival updates. Fast-paced environment with strong teamwork, high typing and multitasking skills required. Familiarity with Service Titan and HVAC dispatching is ideal (will train for right person). Requires 1-3 years related experience, self-motivation, organization, excellent communication, and map-reading/geographical knowledge of the service area. High school diploma or GED required. Must be a team player and capable of learning new software.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Familiarity with Service Titan and HVAC dispatching is ideal (will train for right person)
