Job Summary
Dispatcher/CSR responsible for maintaining the daily schedule for service techs and installation teams, answering incoming calls, booking jobs for the service department, and communicating with customers daily for follow-ups and updates in a fast-paced team environment. Requires high typing and multitasking skills, proficiency in learning new software, and familiarity with Service Titan and HVAC/plumbing dispatching (training provided for the right person). Strong emphasis on customer service, communication under pressure, and map-reading/geographical knowledge of the service area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
