Dispatcher

Review shift logs and daily memo books to document pertinent information. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by contacting departments such as bell staff, valet, or security. Dispatch personnel as needed, communicate parking procedures, and maintain safety and security of vehicles and parking areas. Answer and process all guest inquiries, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and report theft or hazards to Loss Prevention. Adhere to company policies, maintain professional appearance, and use electronic devices to enter work-related information.
