Job Summary
Dispatcher coordinates driver assignments and real-time routes to ensure portable sanitation services are completed safely and on time. Serves as primary driver contact, communicates with customers, and collaborates with Routing, Scheduling, and Customer Service to maintain alignment and efficiency. Maintains dispatch documentation in ServiceCore, tracks driver check-ins and service completions, and assists with site access instructions. Requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong problem-solving, and solid communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams, ServiceCore or similar software, Microsoft Excel, and GPS tools (e.g., Motive or Verizon Connect) is expected. Full-time, on-site role based in Conroe, TX with multiple shift start times and potential variations in hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation is preferred
