Job Summary
Take a status report from the previous dispatcher, log on to Rescue Net, and sign into the Dispatch Log. Review Crewscheduler for scheduled units to plan shift workflow, provide accurate ETAs to Call Takers for emergency calls, and monitor the board for updates. Log any incidents and report unusual events to the management team while operating the computer, software suite, and communications systems. Speak to clients, customers, and colleagues professionally, ensuring proper English language proficiency. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Speak and understand the English Language
- Properly operate the computer and the software suite provided by the company
- Properly operate the phone and other communications system provided
