Dispatcher

Take a status report from the previous dispatcher, log on to Rescue Net, and sign into the Dispatch Log. Review Crewscheduler for scheduled units to plan workflow, then provide accurate ETAs to Call Takers for emergency calls. Monitor the board regularly, log any incidents, and report unusual events to management. Speak and understand English, operate the computer and software suite, and manage the phone and communications systems while communicating with clients, customers, and colleagues professionally.
