Dispatcher

Take a status report from the previous dispatcher, log on to Rescue Net, and sign into the Dispatch Log. Review Crewscheduler for scheduled units to plan shift workflows, provide accurate ETAs to Call Takers for emergency calls, and monitor the board for updates. Log any incidents to the Dispatch Log and report unusual incidents to the management team. Speak and understand English to communicate professionally with clients, customers, and colleagues while operating the computer, software suite, and communications systems.
