Job Summary
Coordinate and dispatch food orders to delivery drivers, verifying accuracy and completeness before release. Allocate tasks based on driver availability, workload, and proximity, while prioritizing urgent deliveries and monitoring progress. Maintain clear communication channels with kitchen staff and drivers, resolving order-related issues and complaints promptly. Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies, ensuring compliance throughout the dispatch process. Maintain accurate records of order status and customer interactions for analysis. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
