Dispatcher

Review incoming service emails and phone calls to dispatch calls to appropriate technicians. Compile daily dispatch plans and manage customer statuses for alarm testing. Serve as backup for processing purchase orders and ordering parts while developing and updating the service technician handbook. Attend weekly meetings to stay informed of issues and assist with special projects and annual inventory counts. This role supports Consolidated Banking Service, Inc.'s dedicated service technicians across the Southeast U.S. in Cumming, Georgia.
