Dispatcher

Assign, schedule, and route transport vehicles for facility shuttle, bus, and valet operations based on daily demands and direct service requests. Maintain continuous radio or phone communication with active drivers to monitor transit progress, track locations, and provide real-time updates. Receive, prioritize, and log incoming transport requests from staff, patients, or visitors while managing pickup windows. Act as the primary point of contact for tracking vehicle issues, delays, or traffic blockages, re-routing operators as necessary to preserve schedule integrity. Maintain accurate electronic logs of driver shift schedules, trip counts, vehicle check-outs, and reported incidents. Coordinate closely with onsite parking and valet supervisors to balance vehicle arrival volumes during peak facility hours.
