Job Summary
Dispatcher position for Bee's Plumbing and Heating's Plumbing department. Coordinate service requests, dispatch field technicians, and serve as main contact for customers and field teams. Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time, maintain records of service requests via Service Titan, respond to emergencies, allocate resources, and collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery. Requires 2+ years of dispatching experience; call center experience preferred; HVAC/plumbing/electrical or related service industry experience is a plus. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and ongoing training. Pay range $24-$27 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of dispatching experience
- Call center experience is highly preferred
- HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software
- Service Titan experience is a plus
