Job Summary
Dispatchers coordinate routes for drivers and vehicles to meet schedules and priorities. They log calls, relay work orders and messages, use telephones and two-way radios to contact employees, resolve problems with supervisors or customers, prepare daily schedules and work orders, organize records, and perform related duties to support mobility services.
