Dispatcher

Answer incoming calls and respond quickly and professionally while monitoring and responding to emails throughout your shift. Field calls from drivers in the field to help solve problems in real time and manage and coordinate drivers' trips for the day, keeping everything on schedule. Pre-assign drivers' upcoming shifts to keep the next day running smoothly. This role requires strong phone and written communication skills and the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure. Available to work main shifts on weekends with flexibility for occasional weekday shifts.
